The Weekend:

Through our own Be Event Group app on your phone, you'll receive all the information in an accessible way. Using your smartphone, you can see the daily schedule, from breakfast start times to bus departure times, group arrangements, and event rules—everything is included. Is there a change in the schedule? Within minutes, everything is updated in the app, and we can proceed. From walking routes to places of interest, and from tips to handy phone numbers, we've got everything covered to ensure you can fully enjoy an outstanding weekend. As instructors, we will be available upon request, providing convenience and camaraderie.

The Events:

Experience spectacular teambuilding activities, such as the Harbour Drop, where you are literally dropped into the rugged port of Rotterdam. Here, knowledge and fun questions are mixed with a RIB boat drop. Or start with an ice sculpting workshop complete with music and entertainment. Prefer investigating a missing plane through our Aircrash Investigation? This unique game in an aircraft hangar focuses on essential teambuilding and will be a topic of conversation for a long time. Perhaps a green and responsible company outing or an educational/training-oriented setup fits better with your incentive plans. There are many more possibilities.

The Facilities:

Hotel accommodations and dining options are available through our collaborating partners, allowing you to choose between a more spacious budget or a standard budget. From international food courts to a four-course menu, and from a cozy sports bar to a trendy pub. End the day with great stories over drinks or dinner, or build in extra rest moments like a late check-out. We also offer tips and guidance for Rotterdam's nightlife and provide transportation to and from various locations!
